NEW LOCATION: University Square -    (20th and K Street)

    Book Talk Tea is a fabulous, fun-filled event held each February. This year's event is TBA.   Hosts and hostesses decorate a thematic table based on a children’s book, share a little about why the book was chosen and some ideas for educators to use with presenting it to children and teens.  Lovely baskets filled with books are given away in a prize drawing. Refreshments will be served.  

     Come and share teas from around the world and books that are dear to our hearts!

    Our literacy grants are awarded each year at this event, as well as other awards to recognize people and organizations who have contributed significantly to KRA through their volunteer efforts.
